DAVID OST?
David Ost stands for the soundtrack of an alternative pop rebellion you won't get out of your head any time soon. Strong vocals with many variations and timbres mixed with a modern and genre-crossing sound, are completed by diversified songwriting. Driving guitars, cinematic soundscapes and soulful poetry create a wide variety of moods and play with all of your emotional worlds.
His Debut EP 'Good Enough", being released in the summer of 2023, is an honest reflection of his transition to adulthood in a heteronormative environment and the years that have passed; the fear of living the wrong way and, meanwhile, losing track of time. He deals with topics still heavy in society's stomach such as toxic masculinity or depression, toxic relationships, paired with more personal coming-of-age stories. According to the Hamburger Abendblatt, David Ost is one of Hamburg's most interesting newcomers. David's journey has just begun.
